ccording to the Federal Law 'On the state language of the Russian Federation', it is not allowed to use words and expressions that do not correspond to the norms of the modern Russian literary language in all cases. The use of such words and expressions is allowed in specific cases, such as when showing foreign feature films, theatrical performances, etc. with a translation into the state language, when using foreign words which do not have common analogues in the Russian language, and when translating testimonies given in a court hearing in a foreign language into Russian.
