Best years of your life? Three very different views of school life from young people around the world. Finn, 13 years old from the US I don't actually go to school because my dad teaches me instead Quite a lot of parents homeschool where I live so it's pretty normal. I really like studying at home because I can get up when I want to. If I feel tired when I wak e up, I can stay in bed a bit longer, and I don't have to worry about being late for class. I also lik choosing what I study. I do all the important subjects, like maths English and science, but lalso study topics that I find really interesting like the Ancient Romans. I do most of my studying online. It works for me because I can do things in my own time. If I find something difficult, I can spend more time on it. I use YouTubem a lot, as you can find things explained in different ways. I used to go to school when I was younger, but studying at home gives me more free time. I have my own timetable so I can do other activities I love, such as playing sports, at the time of day that is best for me.
